At TinyGrooves, all products are personalized and made to order with care to ensure the best possible quality.

Processing & Production Time

All orders require approximately 2–5 business days to be produced, prepared, and shipped.

Because each product is custom-made, production times may vary slightly depending on demand and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within approximately 14 business days depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

  • customs processing,

  • holidays,

  • weather conditions,

  • or carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.

TinyGrooves is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer.
