At TinyGrooves, all products are personalized and made to order with care to ensure the best possible quality. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If your product arrives:

  • damaged,

  • broken,

  • defective,

  • or you receive the wrong item,

you may contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance, a replacement, or a possible refund.

Image Correction Policy

Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to contact us if they uploaded incorrect images or made a mistake with their customization.

After the 24-hour period, we are unable to modify or replace the images submitted for the order, as production may already have started.

Please carefully review all uploaded images before completing your purchase.

Refund & Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.

  • Your order number and a brief explanation are required.

Return Conditions

If a return is approved, all return instructions and shipping labels or shipping codes will be sent directly to your email address.

The product must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was received:

  • No scratches

  • No additional damage

  • No broken parts

  • No modifications

  • All original parts included

  • Original packaging whenever possible

Products returned damaged, scratched, used improperly, or modified by the customer may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Because all products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery

  • Used, scratched, or altered products

  • Incorrect images submitted by the customer after the 24-hour correction period

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Returning a product simply because it is no longer wanted after use or damage is not accepted.
